I am a big believer in making use of article distribution services since I’ve been using them to build links for over a year now. But the fact is not all of these services are effective. Some are extremely efficient and others may be a waste of your time and money.

Some article distribution services I’ve tried out without much success and that I have quit using after experimenting with them and seeing that they were not very good. The 3 article marketing services listed below are those article marketing services that I most recommend because I have been using them successfully for some time and will continue to use them for as long as building links is a part of my job.

Unique Article Wizard has probably been the most consistently effective article marketing service I have used as it has given me great results every time I’ve used for a long time now. “UAW” distributes unique versions of my articles to hundreds of different websites and you can actually include as many as five links in each article. You are allowed to include two links in the article body and two more in the resource box. The 5th link is the anchor text link back to your YouTube video if you decide to embed a YouTube video.

ArticleRanks seems to be getting more and more effective every time I use it it. Lately it seems to be the most effective service and it is only $37 at the moment (that makes it the least costly of these three services.) Like UAW above (and Article Marketing Automation below) you embed YouTube videos in your articles. If you’re a video marketer this can definitely be a great feature for getting better SERPS of your YouTube videos.

Article Marketing Automation is another article marketing service that I have had great success with as a link builder. Much like Article Ranks it’s more of a “blog network” style service which means basically that your spun articles go up on many blogs all over the internet. In many cases I believe it can be more effective to have your articles (and your backlinks!) on blogs rather than on article directories.

These services are more for building links than for getting direct traffic. They give you the ability to build a lot of back links with a single article submission and with time these links build up and help you to achieve great SERPS for high value keywords.
